About us
We specialise in hiring out, quite frankly the marvellous carnival letter lights for events both large and small. We also now supply and install festoon lighting by the metre.
One of the biggest trends at the moment for weddings & events, giant letter lights are a great addition for events of all sizes.
No two events are the same. One day you might be setting up at a high-end hotel, the next on a muddy farm.
You will be driving across the country to our client's events to set up giant letters and/or festoon lights. In some cases, you may be required to stay overnight if the job is far from our base.
You will meet with our clients and discuss their requirements and where they would like their lighting to be installed.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate van
Driving one of our vans
Setting up light up letters and festoon lighting
Speaking to clients - must be friendly & polite
Driving to venues and events
Working out logistics from one event to another
You must be/have:
Proven working experience as a delivery driver
Valid full driver’s licence
Over the age of 18. Preferably over the age of 25 but not necessary
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good driving record with no traffic violations
Polite, friendly and approachable
Common sense
